Eleni leads Equinix’s business development in financial services across the EMEA region, focusing on Capital Markets. In this role, she helps Equinix’s financial customers to navigate an industry beset by constant disruption from regulation, new technologies, and unpredictable economic conditions. 

Her work touches all elements of the trading value chain – exchanges and trading venues, sell- and buy-sides, technology vendors – giving her a real insight into today’s financial markets trends, opportunities and challenges. 

Chiara Ginty

EMEA Head of Operations, BTIG  

Chiara Ginty is the EMEA Head of Operations at BTIG Limited responsible for the firm’s post execution services for both Equities and Fixed Income. With almost 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Chiara is driving the operational automation at BTIG whilst also leading the Diversity & Inclusion Group focused on promoting the importance of cultural diversity. Prior to joining BTIG, Chiara spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs International managing Operations teams across Equity products. In 2024, Chiara was one of the finalists in the European Women in Finance Award for Excellence in Operations. Chiara graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Italy and speaks three languages.

Orele Pluck, based in London, GB, is currently a Head Of Technology Europe, CIO at Bank Of Montreal. Orele Pluck brings experience from previous roles at BMO Financial Group and Cibc. With a robust skill set that includes Leadership, IT Strategy, PMO, Data Center, Infrastructure and more.

Jenni is a seasoned Fintech Legal Professional with close to a decade of expertise in navigating complex Legal and Commercial Challenges, with a proven track record negotiating multimillion pound contracts and supporting ongoing business development of a growing Fintech Business.

In addition to her Commercial and Legal role, Jenni has a passion for sustainability and works with key stakeholders within Options to develop and promote their ESG strategy as a leader of our Sustainability Team and on behalf of Options participate in a number of Working Groups and Steering Committees for Sustainable Trading.

Toby Williams

Toby Williams 

Chief Product Officer, euNetworks

Toby Williams is Chief Product Officer, appointed to this position in August 2022. Toby has responsibility for products and strategic investments, with close alignment to customer needs and euNetworks’ commitments to building networks sustainably.  He joined the company in 2011, with time spent leading product management and then separately infrastructure investments. Toby has over 25 years of experience of product management and sales engineering in IP and bandwidth services. Prior to euNetworks Toby spent 7 years at Cable & Wireless running IP VPN and international data products, and prior to that, had product and sales engineering roles at Easynet, Enron and Level 3 Europe (now Lumen). 

Toby holds a degree in Design, Technology & Business from the University of Plymouth.
